How products are selected
Selection considers relevance to consultants and 2–20-person service teams, documented workflow fit, pricing, integrations, data portability, setup burden, support evidence and maintenance requirements.
A product is not included because it pays a commission. The system permits a non-affiliate recommendation or no-match result.
Sources and verification
We prioritize official pricing pages, documentation, help centers and terms. Current material facts receive a real verification date. A date changes only after a genuine review.
Prices preserve currency, billing cadence, seats, commitment, tax context and required setup costs. Unknown and quote-only values stay outside calculated totals.
Comparisons and scoring
Comparisons define the buyer, required workflow and matched plans. Both reasons to choose and reasons to avoid are published. Weighted scores show their dimensions and do not accept commission data as an input.
Firsthand experience
We do not say we tested, used or implemented software unless that exact work occurred and its scope is described. Published comparisons are document-based unless explicitly labeled otherwise.
Interactive tools
Finder and calculator outputs are local decision-support estimates. Assumptions remain visible, prices require dated sources, currencies are not silently converted and incomplete cost stays incomplete.
Updates and corrections
Pages retain their last verified date until a genuine review occurs. Material pricing and program facts are rechecked when a page is maintained or after a known change; supported corrections update the source, text and verification date.
